Subscriptions include free delivery to every country we serve. A one-off purchase is charged for delivery by destination: €13.00 to Andorra and Monaco, €19.00 to most of Europe, and €26.00 to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Moldova, Serbia and Ukraine. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you pay, once you have entered your address.

Both give you the same Airis Sense Wi-Fi. The subscription spreads the cost monthly, includes a refundable deposit, an unlimited warranty and technical support for as long as it runs, and ships free. The one-off purchase is a single payment with no commitment, with a 2-year warranty that is extended to 3 years when you register your product, and delivery charged separately. You can end a subscription yourself at any time after the minimum term – see our terms and conditions.

On a subscription, the warranty is unlimited: it lasts for as long as your subscription runs. A one-off purchase comes with a 2-year warranty, extended to 3 years when you register your product. The warranty is dependent on installation by a qualified electrician. You may be required to provide proof of installation – such as an invoice from an electrician – when making a claim under warranty. Either way, your legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 is unaffected. See the knowledge base for what it covers.

Yes. Airis works with all hobs up to 90cm wide powered by electricity, including induction, ceramic/halogen, and older 'iron ring' style hobs. It is not for gas hobs.

Yes. There are no buttons to press and no steps to remember – the person cooks as they normally would, and Airis only intervenes when it detects a dangerous situation.
